I recently cracked my iPhone 6S screen and was super bummed. I begin to call around looking for a place that could fix it. When I called Best Cellphone Repair I knew my search had ended. Johnny was very kind on the phone and answered all of my questions, he didn’t sound impersonal and hurried like all the shops I called before so I decided to bring my phone in.

My phone was fixed fast and for a reasonable price.. Cracked Screen…and even though my screen would I assume get stuck 10mins after I left… I called the guy and he was more then willing to fix the problem… however it was closing time so I told him I’d bring it the next day… I only lived down the street… When I went back he was more then happy to fix whatever went wrong.. Which happen to be the fact he was sold screens that weren’t any good.. not his fault… he’s a customer as well as I was…. he fixed my phone and it’s been working great.. Thanks again!!!!

My screen was fixed **in an hour** for $65 and also [never only is “one thing” broken] my microphone was repaired for another $35.

My phone was fixed for $100, on a short time duration and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Broke my iPhone 6s screen while vacationing in Palm Springs over Mother’s Day weekend–googled the closest 5 star repair shop here at home (Long Beach) and stopped in the first chance I had. First time I had to go to a cell phone repair service and this shop impressed me with their customer service and response for repairing my iPhone 6. I went in to repair my LCD screen and the man up front didn’t keep my waiting.

This cell phone repair shop is the best! After a stressful day it only became worst after I dropped my phone face down onto the concrete while running at the beach. Since I am leaving for the weekend and this is my work phone, I needed it repair ASAP! I hopped on yelp immediately and this shop was the nearest to me. It was hard to find at first but I managed to get in 5 minutes to closing. His name is hard to pronounce but the guy stayed after to help me. My phone is now good as new!

This really is the “best cell phone repair.” I went to UBreakiFix and they wanted over $200 for what Best Cell Phone Repair did for under $150. Plus, they fixed two of my iPhones in about 45 minutes! One had a broken screen and one had water damage. Great price, quick service, my phones are good as new, and Johnny was very nice. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

These guys work miracles. My phone was in bad shape and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of going to the Apple store or paying the large insurance deductible. I happened to walk by and these gentlemen saw what bad shape my phone was in, and I gladly took them up on the offer to fix it. Plus it gave me an excuse too have a couple of frosty beers next door while they worked on it. It looks as good as new (and trust me – it was thrashed!)

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen on a Sunday afternoon and was referred to this place by a friend, I sent a message asking for a quote and how soon it could be done and received a response in less than an hour. The next day I dropped my phone off here on my lunch break and was able to pick it up after I got off of work. My phone looks just like new again! And the price was extremely reasonable. I had broken my phone the night before. Searched through yelp for a place and came across this business where I was able to request a quote. Within an hour I got a response back with a quote that was reasonable priced.

Came in the next day and got my cracked iPhone fixed within thirty minutes max. Very nice and everything seemed good to go!

Later that day when I got an incoming call, I wasn’t able to hear anything when I had prior that morning before the fix. So I called Johnny back and he said to bring it back in and he’ll look at it. Brought it back and within 5-10 minutes it was good to go. Sometimes things just aren’t properly aligned he said and just had to redo that part.

Devastated with my shattered iPhone 6 I was not ready to just give up and buy a brand new phone. I researched and read reviews of different phone repair shops. And this one just so happen to have an appeal to me. One reason is simply by the friendly voice that answered when I called asking how much a replacement would cost hoping it wouldn’t be a arm and a leg. Johnny the shop owner made it clear the two affordable prices for a generic screen and the official screen prices. When I showed up the shop was small but he was welcoming and said it would take 30 mins to repair. I set a timer on my watch and stuck around. I took a walk and figured Eh 15 more minutes I’ll head back. As I was about to sit back down he walks over and says he finished with 10 more minutes to spare. I thought oh wow! That was quick! He asked for my password and opened the camera making sure the from and back camera were ok. He also asked to check the thumb reader to make sure that was still working as well. I was impressed and excited with my new screen! He then offered a screen protector I said “sure why not how much?” He said $7! As he was charging my card for everything he said he would charge me $5 instead for the screen!

I shopped around for days for a good deal for my cracked screen on my Iphone 6S and finally decided to take it to this shop since his prices were the lowest, i called Johnny and he was very helpful and was willing to open his shop 30 minutes early to accommodate my scheduled, i got there early and he was already open ahead of time and waiting for me, my Iphone was repaired very quickly about 30 minutes and looking like a brand new phone again, he even have few parking spaces available in front of his shop witch was very convenient since finding parking is a night mare on Broadway.

Totally legit shop. Owner has a great attitude and totally reasonable prices. Replaced internal ear speaker and placed tempered glass on two phones for a whopping $50. All done in the time hubby and I could have lunch at Park Pantry.

I cracked my phone for the second time in my entire life during yesterday’s shenanigans and was looking for a quick and inexpensive fix. I found both here when I requested a quote and received a response within the hour. $49 to fix my iPhone 5s! It was fixed in half an hour and is better than before! He even made sure my camera was working and made a quick fix for that. Highly recommend!

He’s a really good person, isn’t the type to try to get money out of you by fixing something my Ipad was really broken and he was honest enough to tell me it’s not worth fixing that I’d still have problems even if he did fix it. Loved that he’s so Honest & he didn’t over charge other places wanted to charge me 180 he only charged me 110. He’s really sweet knows what he’s doing!

I was on a hike and dropped my phone as I was pulling it out of my pocket…heardloud “POP” and i picked it up to see the screen shattered in a thousand pieces! I searched yelp for a repair shop close to work and found this place, called to speak to Johnny and he told me that he could gather the parts and have me in and out in about 1/2 hour. I quickly drove over and it literally took 25 minutes!

So thankful for the friendly and speedy service! His new little business deserves a hi-five!

Great service ! , I dropped my phone face down onto a rock and even though I had a screen protector the screen completely shattered to the point a would cut my fingers plus I couldn’t see anything on the screen because half was black and with a bunch of lines , so with the help of my friend and her phone we started looking for places nearby for an emergency repair and we found Sathya who fixed not only my screen but also my selfie camera that was also messed up, I can’t thank enough for the great customer and speedy service at this repair store , highly recommended!

Couldn’t thank Johnny enough for his fast & friendly service. I came in an hour before I would had to go into work & he kept to his words–getting the job done with more than enough time to spare. Once my iPhone6 screen was repaired he inspected the microphone & screen to make sure everything was in order.

Super fast. Quality work. Went in for a screen repair for my girlfriend. Her phone was lifted on the corner which turned out to be a swollen battery and Johnny made sure to notify me that the price would increase. When I went to pick up the phone he showed me the swollen battery and I was very happy I decided to go with a new one. Her phone charges faster and the phone looks brand new!

The name says it all. Got the battery changed out on my I phone 6. These guys had the part, switched it out quick for $37 everyone else quoted me $50 and up. Nice work man!

Saw the reviews on Yelp and I was a little skeptical because this is a new business and just opened up about a month ago. The environment still looks like it’s getting work done but after I called, Johnny was very straight forward. Didn’t try to haggle me and gave me a reasonable price as I continued to try to strike a bargain. He was firm and sincere, so I took my iPhone 6 in there and was In-N-Out within 20 minutes. He hooked me up with a tempered glass and a case at a good price. Will definitely recommend this local shop and will continue to bring my business here (if needed).

As I’m sure many of you can relate, my heart went into an angry panic when my iPhone 6s screen cracked out. I had put off getting it fixed for a bit out of sheer annoyance of having to literally pay for my mistake, but finally, that time came. I went on a Yelp hunt for a phone repair shop and this one came up as being the nearest to me. I also noticed that they had great reviews, so I requested a quote yesterday in the late evening. Within about 20 minutes, I received a response. After exchanging a few messages back and forth, I decided to go for it.

My girlfriend, who also had a cracked iPhone, and I just left after having our phones repaired and we are both happy with the job that was done. Both phones look brand new, we both received a tempered glass screen protector for free, and also a pair of headphones!

A great deal, great service, and a great job done. I will definitely be returning for any future phone problems!

Johny is awesome! I got my iPhone 6s screen replaced, and after a days I started having issue while texting. I messaged Johny and he told me to bring it in. I explained what was happening. He checked for any messed up pixels and found out where the problem was. I left it for 30 mins, and when I returned it was fixed and better than ever! Johny was friendly, fast, reasonably priced and super helpful when things weren’t working properly. I definitely recommend for all screen needs!

I never write a review before. But I have to write one for Johny. This guy is super nice. I dropped my iPhone 6s and the screen is cracked. I stoped by this place and get my phone fixed by Johny less than an hour. He fixed my iPhone 6s for just $89 which is the cheapest in the town. Plus I also got a free temper glass. Highly recommend.

Best service and experience in town, he got the price that cheaper than other shop but the point is the quality of the product is just like original after he fix it, and there no errors function in ur phone neither, I would give him 6 out of 5 ,

I went in recently to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and was very impressed with the service! It was repaired for a very fair price and was already happy with my experience. But, they earned my loyalty when I returned the following day because of my backlight not working which they repaired for free! I was not expecting it to be free and they certainly could have charged me but they assured me that they would be reimbursed for the parts by the manufacturer. They are honest and fair and I’ll be a customer for a long time.

Walked in: was greeted right away, super polite, was in and out (dropped the phone off) in 2 min if that. I was instructed to come back around an hour from the time I dropped the phone off. HE DIDN’T ASK FOR THE PASSWORD TO THE PHONE. THIS is a big deal, it made the situation way more comfortable knowing he couldn’t go thru every aspect of the owners life.

When I came back, it was a quick check on screen function, camera and Touch ID. Paid and it was time to leave. I spent less that 4 minutes in total and got beyond satisfactory service. I was also told to come back if the screen acted up

I, sent him a message on yelp and he replied in no time!

Once I arrive he greeted me and was very polite, I explained to him that my phone was acting crazy cause it literally was. He was able to switch out my screen in less than 30 mins and advised that it wasn’t the screen that was damaged. I truly appreciated all his help since my phone is basically my life!!!

Best phone repair service in town! I had shattered my iPhone 6s screen and called every place in town. These guys had the best price and said they could fix it in a half hour. Awesome service and a good selection of affordable accessories as well.

I was visiting from out of town (seattle) and needed a phone repair fast. I had looked up another repair shop, but they were closed even though I visited during their open hours. Great guy to work with! Cracked my galaxy s7 screen in the morning and brought it in. The man was able to fix my screen on the same day and cheaper than the other guys. Highly recommend if ya need your phone fix fast and in a hurry. Unfortunately he does not repair laptop which is a bummer.
